Rachel is a country photographer specialising in equine and canine portraits, game shooting and agricultural imagery. Taking private commissions to cover a wide range of country events and activities. Based in North Yorkshire, but travels nationwide.
How much is a pet portrait photoshoot?
Equine and Canine photoshoots start from £50, which covers a photoshoot for one dog/horse, all images are supplied in a private online gallery to view. You are also entitled to one free print (max size 12"x8").
How does photographic coverage of a game shooting day work?
Rachel will attend and photograph your full days shooting, from the morning excitement as breakfast is served, to every cracking shot and unfortunate miss, right through to the post shoot meal. All aspects of the day will be covered, working with every gun individually as the rotate pegs, producing natural unposed shots recording the memories you make throughout the day.
Rachel is a keen shot herself and can also be found working as either a beater or loader meaning she has a lot of experience in a shooting environment.
After the day all images will be supplied in a private password protected online gallery for you to view. Digital copies or prints can be ordered at request. Rachel also designs bespoke handmade photobooks using the images taken.
What kind of events do you cover?
Rachel will consider all commissions with a country feel. To date she has photographed local country shows, auction mart sales, birthday parties, charity balls and weddings. She has an unposed natural style and aims to fit into the event seamlessly photographing with guests unaware of her presence.
