How will I know what it looks like?
We always send a design representation for you to look at. You can check spellings/layout and make changes if you want. to.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes we deliver to everywhere in the Uk and far beyond! We regularly ship to Europe & USA
What kind of wood do you use?
Most of our products are made from European Oak, which mostly comes from the forests of Germany, Poland and other countries. We only use timber from FSC certified sources
How long will it take to make my item?
All our products are made by us so we have control of the whole process. We aim to dispatch everything within 10 days of you confirming you are happy for us to go ahead. Each layer of paint & Osmo oil takes a day to dry so 3/4days can disappear very quickly!
Please tell us if you have a special day you would like to receive your item, if we can do it we certainly will.
How do you send out your products?
We use Royal Mail 2nd class parcel service and UPS standard parcel delivery.
